 Jinhai Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in China Bearing Capital Wafangdian, the northern beautiful coastal city of Dalian. Our company covers an area of 46,000 square meters and a construction area of 18,000 square meters. The fixed assets are 110 million Yuan. We have more than 500 employees. Now our company has 180 million Yuan annual production capacity, and can produce eight brand categories and three precision grade bearings for various uses. Bearing is the most important component in modern equipment manufacturing industry.
Our company can develop bearings by ourselves, with the ID 60mm and the OD under 1500mm. Products are mainly used in mining, hones, automobiles, electrical machines and many other areas of the national economy. Our company has CNC turning production lines, automatic controlled atmosphere heat treatment production lines, wind power bearing large ring Quenching and tempering production lines, automatic spherical annealing production lines, and grinding and assembly of bearing processing production lines. Our company has complete inspection instrument and method to ensure bearing product quality from forging to the finished.
Our company got the national ISO9001 quality system certification in September 2004, and has been approved the quality of risk assessment by TIMKEN on April 9th, 2008.
